Marker 37 invites you to join us on Saturday & Sunday for a festive Easter experience featuring a specially curated holiday menu available for this weekend only in addition to our Spring Menu.
Whether you’re joining us for lunch or dinner, our Easter menu brings together fresh seasonal ingredients, elegant presentations, and comforting flavors that capture the spirit of spring. Start your meal with elevated small plates like Deviled Eggs topped with crispy bacon and served on a bed of peppery arugula, or the Strawberry Bruschetta, featuring whipped ricotta, toasted brioche, and fresh strawberries with a drizzle of balsamic glaze.
Warm up with a bowl of hearty Lamb Stew, made with slow-cooked New Zealand lamb, or try the flaky Asparagus Tart with creamy Mornay sauce—perfect for celebrating the season’s freshest produce.
For your main course, indulge in our Pineapple and Herb-Glazed Baked Ham, served with rich potato gratin, roasted carrots, and a savory ham au jus. Or, for those craving something truly decadent, our 14 oz Prime Rib delivers bold flavor and tenderness, complemented by chef’s vegetables and a classic beef au jus. Looking for something lighter? The Pasta Primavera and Rainbow Salad offer vibrant, garden-fresh options to round out the feast.

The Easter Weekend Menu will be served alongside our full regular menu on Saturday and Sunday, so everyone can find something they love. Reservations are strongly recommended, especially for outdoor riverfront seating.
