Begin your gastronomic journey with the Little House Premium Pilsner, a light and refreshing beer that sets the perfect tone for the evening. Paired with this is our Polpo Succotash – a culinary masterpiece featuring grilled and tender balsamic octopus. Served over a roasted red pepper succotash and accompanied by a smooth white bean puree, this dish is a delightful blend of flavors and textures that will tantalize your taste buds.
Second Course: The Heart of the Meal
Next, indulge in the robust flavors of ‘My Love Language is IPA’, a New England IPA known for its aromatic and flavorful profile. This beer complements the star of the second course – our Braised Bone-In Short Rib. Cooked to perfection using our ‘Burning Down the House’ beer and chipotle, the short rib is served with a creamy whipped potato puree and fresh asparagus.
