The crisp autumn air has settled over the Connecticut River, and there is no better way to embrace the season than with the completely reimagined fall menus at Marker 37. We have been hard at work in the kitchen and behind the bar crafting seasonal dishes and drinks that perfectly capture the cozy, comforting essence of autumn.

Warm up your evening by the water with our new seasonal starters. Our rich Pink Lady Chowder is packed with succulent clams, potatoes, and fresh herbs, while the Short Rib Poutine features braised beef, cheese curds, and rich gravy over crispy fries—the ultimate comfort food to share.
For your main course, our Chef has introduced several hearty show-stoppers. Dive into the incredibly tender 5-Hour Braised Short Ribs served over a decadent truffle mushroom risotto, or try the Roasted Half Cornish Hen finished with a sweet caramelized honey glaze and served alongside rice pilaf.

Our bar manager has given the drink menu an exciting seasonal makeover with brand-new spirits and infusions. Sip on the Cabin Fever, our ultimate cold-weather anchor featuring Rittenhouse Rye, dark maple syrup, and black walnut bitters, finished dramatically with applewood smoke. If you prefer a lighter touch, the Autumn Ember blends earthy Union Mezcal with our house-made apple syrup, while the Fog Line offers an Earl Grey-infused vodka creation that feels exactly like a misty seaside sip.
